How is the price determined?
For websites, apps, hosting, maintenance and automation we work with a tailored proposal. After an introduction you receive a clear proposal with price and agreements. We only start after your approval. Business email has fixed prices, from € 2,50 per month.
What does a custom website or app cost?
That depends on what you need: the scope, the features and the integrations with other systems. That is why we do not work with fixed prices. After an introduction you receive a proposal with a clear price and agreements; we only start building after your approval.
Can you take over my existing website or hosting?
Yes. During setup we either set everything up or take over your existing website, hosting or systems. What that requires is discussed during the introduction and recorded in the proposal.
How do support and response times work?
You have one point of contact. Incidents are handled according to our maintenance SLA: for critical incidents (downtime) within 4 hours with Bronze Gate, within 2 hours with Gold Gate and within 15 minutes with Black Gate. Standard maintenance requests are resolved within 24–48 hours.
