How soon can I send email?
After payment your mail environment is created automatically, usually within minutes. You then update the DNS records of your domain. It can take up to 24 hours for that change to take effect everywhere.
How do I set up my email?
Your dashboard has a step-by-step guide: create a password, create addresses in the control panel, set the DNS records and connect your mail app. Stuck? Feel free to call or email us.
How does billing work?
You pay the first period directly via Mollie. After that the subscription renews automatically and the amount is collected monthly, quarterly or yearly via Mollie. Your invoices are in your dashboard.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Choose “Change package” in your dashboard and order the new package for the same domain. Your addresses are kept and the old subscription is stopped automatically.
How do I cancel?
Contact us by email or phone and we will take care of it.
